Killer thatbodo glimmers get one back vs sprs.
3-1
Massive shame, for me I hope United win it just because I won't want Spurs to get further away from us next year as they'll definitely invest heavily in the summer. United will need loads of signings and will probably suffer domestically with a European season. I guess we can't argue with the rules (winner qualifies for Champions League), but it's been a disgrace of a season from both teams - Armorin and Postecoglu are fully deserving of being fired. One of two teams, currently sitting in 14th & 16th in the Premier League will be in next season’s Champions League. Unbelievable
United's record in this season's EL competition has been fantastic though. 9 wins and 4 draws and 0 losses - and many of the wins convincing ones.Massive shame, for me I hope United win it just because I won't want Spurs to get further away from us next year as they'll definitely invest heavily in the summer. Only reason I'd prefer spurs to win....United's record in this season's EL competition has been fantastic though. 9 wins and 4 draws and 0 losses - and many of the wins convincing ones.
If you're a United fan you maybe step back and see beyond the inconsistent PL form - it's a freak season IMO and wont be repeated.
A trophy in the cabinet can be a boost to the confidence of players and I think they might use it to get back into the elite again.
To me it shows how bad that competition is, not how great they have been. Both spurs and UTD getting to the final proves this theory. Such a bizarre league.United's record in this season's EL competition has been fantastic though. 9 wins and 4 draws and 0 losses - and many of the wins convincing ones.
