I haven’t seen so don’t know the situation but if you’re fouled outside the box, advantage, then pulled back how’s that a penalty?

Or was it foul outside, advantage, foul inside?

I think last year it was just the televised match. This year I think if a premier side is at home then VAR is in play.

He didn’t pull it back, he allowed the play to go on after the first foul and played advantage. He then gave the penalty for the second foul which was undoubtedly in the box and came about due to the advantage he played.

That’s fine, a further foul, I thought you meant the initial which wouldn’t have made sense.
