Only ever watch the game anyway, so doesn't bother me who is presenting.

I only have it for the rugby so, as long as they keep the same main presenters for that then I will be happy. The build up to rugby games and the after shows are always a good watch, especially on BT (TNT) Sport, unlike any of the football, on any channel.

Why give them your money? Most of it will end up in the pockets of the euro brands.
I,m not, I don't subscribe but I still think its wrong this new found agenda to try to eliminate men from what is still largely a male pastime. Most women don't really like football, you only have to watch any game show to see their reaction when a football question comes on.

I agree. But i am yet to be able to put my objection into words that don't have the salivating hordes crying sexist!

Every day I see masculinity attacked in ways that would be rightly unacceptable if it were the other way around. I dont think we are helped by a sizeable number of modern males who firmly think that if they fawn all over the feminist cause it might be a way into their knickers.

I'd have no objection to a balanced representation. But really, it is simple enough if interested women (not just professional presenters) introduce women's games and leave the men to chat wham about their own game.

Having said this I've long since stopped watching football with the sound turned up, whoever is appearing in front of the cameras - bit the principal remains.

Just read today that this new channel that is taking over coverage from BT sport will have FOUR women presenters fronting mens football next season as "they aim to push new boundaries".
Nice and sexist that I must say.

Wear some Joop and nod while they talk to you and reply with " That's interesting " every now and then and they might let you get to second base fella.

Don't be angry about women.

According to FIFA, currently 29 million women play football worldwide and they think it'll be closer to 60 eventually

But it's just a man's pastime though....
It is disingenuous to quote only half of the facts in an argument. What do FIFA say about the number of males that play in comparison? And more relevantly, what are the figures from either sex that watch?
