Tinder didn’t exist when I was single but I met Mrs Wiggles on Plenty Of Fish many years ago.

Unfortunately Tinder can be a pretty shallow place, so obviously good photos of yourself are a nice start. Maybe get a friend (preferably female) to have a look and pick some good ones. Generally you want a couple of decent ones of yourself alone, maybe one with friends to show you’re not a total loner (no shame in that but not great for tinder). One photo doing an activity of some sort, even if it’s cooking or something equally normal. It shows you have some practical use. I’d say 3/4 photos minimum in total.

Keep your bio short and maybe throw a bit of self deprecation in there. It may show you don’t take yourself too seriously. Don’t overthink it.

I may be way off here as I stopped dating about 4 years ago.

I’m assuming you’re male based on you starting this thread. Tinder is a much, much different place for females.
