Come on Bill, you're a lifelong evertonian, you must be thinking what the **** are you doing for one of the biggest matches of any season david?

he's got to ask questions IMO, we know how close they are but if kenwrong is the lifelong toffee he says he is, he must be ****ing fuming like the rest of us.

Don't hate the guy, just wish he had the money, he must not see tonight's team selection as acceptable

Kenwright is suppose to have been asked on radio -interview done last few days [broadcast tomorrow on city] what would a win be like in the derby [words to those effect] and according to radio com, say he wants a win in the cup more, dont know how true it is without hearing it myself.

oh ffs, moyes and kenwright till death do them part, constantly failaing at achieveing glory at the expense of making us look total gash against our rivals. at least we know they're not going anywhere either, wonder if moyes will do the same if we draw them in the semis because we have a big game lined up against stoke the week after

I think if you read Bill and Daveys most recent interviews, there is a lot there to suggest Davey is onto pastures new shortly, i think they have an understanding.

I think we will be relegated without him myself.

It was on radio city tonight - wasnt sure wether it was true or a joke to be honest!

Anyway credit to Kenwright for sticking by Moyes and that, but in circumstances like tonight he really should be asking what the **** was that. We sacrificed 3 points in the league, and thats alot given how far behind we are behind liverpool and how far ahead we are of Aston Villa!

totally agree with this, dont hate kenwright as much as some, i understand their reasoning, but he really needs to ask questions about this

Hate Kenwrigth because he doesn't ask questions of Moyes. He's just another of the 'who would we get if Moyes went' brigade, well he's been here 10 years, I don't keep cars that long because they get tired and break down.

Moyes out FFS and Kenwright find a buyer FFS

Agreed. I have no problem with people questioning his decisions, but let's have some perspective here.

I think and hope you are right about moyes moving onto pastures new.
Looking at it on a positive note who is to say someone coming in would not be better for us we have had moyes for too long and are scared of the future.

Hahahaha, Kenwright can't win, he's either ****e because he can't sell the club/provide funds, and then he's ****e because he is too much of a bitch to say anything to the manager. Got to love EFC.

A lot of people think this, they think back to Smiths days and the poor budget Moyes has worked with and automatically assume that another manager couldn't come in and motivate the player as well as he does.

Well what happens if we got a foreign coach, who is tactically asstute and can turn us into a possitive attacking team; without the 4-4-1-1 and Cahill and Neville and Hibbert week in week out, but someone who can use the players (and we do have good players) to the best of their abilities in their correct positions.

Look at Wenger, when he first went into Arsenal. You had Dixon, Bould/Keown, Adams and Winterburn; they where old fashion defenders yet his philosophy on football had them playing attractive attacking football; i'm sure many of us remember Tony Adams running past our back 4 to fire a left footed shot to make it 4-0; would you have really expected that under George Graham or Bruce Rioch??

I don't think there's any doubt that there are more tactically aware managers than Moyes. Or even that a new man could get more out of the current group by using better tactics or motivation. The problem is what happens over the next couple of seasons when players retire, are sold or loans end. Moyes biggest strength is his ability to bring in bargains and misfits and get the best out of them. I would say that is more valuable to Everton in their current situation than a tactician who may not be as canny in the transfer market.

Of course the ideal situation would involve Everton getting the much needed investment then we can finally afford to be picky about our manager.
