That made me angry too. He doesn't seem to take the game seriously for me.

This might just be me as well but sometimes when I watch him I feel like he's focused on trying to "look" spectacular rather than just focusing fully on what he's meant to be doing. He seems like he tries to make the basics look extravagant sometimes. I feel like I'm not making sense there but I know what I mean.

He's just an absolute joke these days. If he starts against Arsenal I'll be fuming.

It was the post lescott season where our defense struggled to cope. Took a while to fit in Distin and heitinga.

Wasn't Howard's fault.

It only matters in the discussion I was having with Del who said he's always been terrible. I agree he's not what he used to be, just pointing out he was good for us for a time

and there's games in the past he's saved us points. No ones trying to argue that he's been some top top keeper like Cech or anything like that. you talk about "americans" rewriting his history while you're using this season to argue that he's been awful his whole prem career.

I genuinely liked Phil Neville as a player.

Like Howard and like Distin and like Weir and like Cahill if they'd left 18 months earlier noone would have a bad word to say about them. But they didn't.

Tim's had some very good moments with Everton in past years, but this is what he'll be keeping exclusively if he doesn't find his form. We can discuss history later, but he needs to sit for awhile and let Robles stop the bleeding. It's just that simple. We can discuss Tim's history after he's gone. Now is what matters now.
