loan markets for proper goalkeepers are very poor (exept cech)

I would go after the Burnley keeper Tom Heaton right age good pedigree left United when he couldnt get a game ,has played for england at various levels looks like a late developer.
Surely you could pick him up for 4/5 million he is definitely better than Robles and Howard and still has the fat end of 10 years left in him

He might but Burnley will be sealing there fate if they sell him so i cant see them wanting to help us out

In fairness to Robles,I don't think Tim would have made a jot of difference at Newcastle,he's another who has had a very poor season.
