a director isnt involved in the coaching side of things. Just sorts out the admin among other stuff.

.....there appears to be a hierarchy here with Tim Devine co-ordinating the broader development of youngsters with Unsworth and Sheedy 'doing the doing' in skilling the lads in alignment with RM footballing strategy. I do think Joe is a key factor too, they will all buy into RMs philosophy and work with scouting network to acquire the best talent available.

It certainly appears that we are not just saying we invest in youth, we are making it happen.

I think it is a lot more structured and ran as a proper actual business / investment thing as oppose as what it used to be.

I think the number of local talent and also overall bringing in youth and developing them into proper first team players is being taken very,. very seriously.

It's very structured and considerate and will benefit us not only financially but on the playing scale in the future.

Major investment and time is being put into the youth scheme.
