Player Valuation: £50m
Replacing Alan Irvine.

Interesting article on it all here:

http://www.evertonfc.com/news/2014/11/12/new-head-of-academy

Tim Devine - Academy Director
Joe Royle - Professional Development Co-ordinator
David Unsworth - Under 21s Head Coach
Kevin Sheedy - Under 18s Head Coach

All the coaches also regularly take sessions with the other age groups on a rotational basis, e.g. Unsworth has knowledge of the EFC kids teams etc.

Martinez is putting a really good system in place.

Bills obviously had more to do with this appointment than meets the eye;)

....actually remember Tim from his playing days, decent as a youth and a high profile career since. I was of a view that he was more on the educational development side than the training angle. Yes, he had a job with the reds but it was his career. Don't forget the likes of Jonny Morrisey, Alan Harper and Kevin Sheedy worked on the dark side before seeing the light.

I thought Joe Royle was at Norwich for some reason. Great to see so many ex players involved throughout the ages though.

Don't mind this provided that there's a genuine commitment to the youth teams and not just a Brendan Rodgers waffle waffle approach

ie school of science

Not school of waffle waffle
