Tickets problem

Is this for the EL match mate? Aren't they giving tickets out? Needing to get 2 adults and 2 kids so am I best just buying online and printing out at home?

Yeah they have nothing at the box office to print on, I paid in cash and didnt even get a recipt!

lol did they say how long this will go on for? I might just say "yeah i wasn't given a receipt but i deffo bought one, me name is 4737carlin on GOT if you need proof"

Just got a ticket for the first EL game as a displaced ST holder from MS1 (still fitting the sofas there I reckon). Got a seat in the PE - haven't been in there since the early noughties.

haha well as I walked away i did think the lad at the office might of though that was generous of me just giving him £15 quid!! I can see next Thursday being a right pain to get in

I didn't opt for the print my own as printer problems always arrive when I really need to print something.

I'm best just getting them printed off then I reckon from home as like you said I can see that being a pain in the arse going down to get them

I tried for a while by phone this morning...no luck. Madame Allezlesbleus took over and eventually got through. No can do was the attitude at first in terms of some problem linked to our customer numbers and would not let Madame Allezlesbleus have her usual seat in the Bullens because deadline had past despite us trying for two days!! Try again tomorrow he says. She stood her ground a bit stroppily and eventually got two together in St End, my usual one and the one next to it. Still blocked for eticketing though.

As a ST holder and member of the Autocup scheme, I have checked my account and seen that the ticket price has been taken from my credit card, but I have no ticket. The site tells me to print the ticket but there is no file to print from. As I don't have my season ticket yet, I don't have any means of getting into the match.
Just how much worse can Everton get at organising a drinking session in a brewery?

There was a choice for postal or digital ticket

Edit, imagine with you being on autocup they might post auto

I finally got through tonight and was told they were processing autocup applications today, and the money would be taken from my account in the next couple of days, also they will send paper tickets out,I asked as I was a displaced season ticket holder in MS1 where would I be situated, the girl said probably still in the Main Stand,the info on the website is very confusing though saying you have to purchase tickets online although you are in the autocup scheme

The whole website in general needs sorting out. From the UI, to EvertonTV, to tickets.

Personally not had much problems with tickets before, but I do find it a little confusing to work out whether everything has gone through.

Also, despite the Season ticket category I'm in being 'young adult' which is 21-25, the ticket for the europa game is young adult but says 18-21...

Hardly a problem but it's just awkward and confusing

Been in the autocup scheme since it started, never had a problem,til now!!

It is disjointed & confusing. Every time I use it I end up going round in circles. They really need to get some user feedback. What's logical to a techie might not be to the average user.
