From the website -
Displaced Season Ticket holders can purchase an alternative seat on Thursday 20 July.
I'm displaced quite often and they usually make this arrangement.

While there checked my lads and his had been missed by the system and they didn't know why, had to pay for it while there.

Thanks mate,as I'm in this autocup scheme I'd think they would just send me alternative tickets out as I'm displaced for this game?,think I'll ring tomorrow to clarify though!

Can't buy one myself. Missed deadline to get season ticket seat but don't mind tbh so tried ringing saying too busy.

On the site, shows up to choose seat for sevilla but nothing for the Europa game next week.

That's because today is solely for people who have been displaced. Tomorrow opens up to general sale, including ST holders who missed yesterday's deadline.

Ahh i see. New site is confusing me. Any idea how tickets are selling? Won't miss out will i? As family n main stand mostly closed

I can't get in as I bought my ticket before the deadline, but a mate had a look and there are plenty of seats left all over the ground.
 
Can't get through on either the phone or via the website? How many displaced ST holders can there be? Any ideas on how to get in contact?
 

FFS!! Just had an email confirmation of my Europa ticket on Auto Cup scheme. Says Paper ticket will be sent via post.


No mention of my lad's ticket.

I emailed them 2 days ago & yesterday. Can't get through on the phone.

Farce mate, all summer to get ready and a week before first game they are messing about, hope you get sorted.

Not into all this post stuff, come the day of the game I bet there are plenty who still havent got the tickets delivered

It's not like they didn't know we're in the Europa. Why they couldn't just deliver Season Tickets a week early & add the game to that, I don't know.

Chaos.
 
Don't answer emails.

Don't answer phone.


If they sell my lad's seat, I will not be happy!

Or if I have to go queue to collect his ticket.


SORT IT OUT FFS!!!!!
