I had an angry pm off one of them for questioning why they were 'negging' people, so I turned the computer off and contemplated why I was so offended at someone giving me a virtual thumbs down on the internet. I've come to the conclusion that my life is empty.

Its being trialled. When ever we try something new, everyone gets way too excited, then it calms down. I am not the greatest fan of Neg Rep, which this is pretty much, but I would suggest you just post normally, as opposed to denigrating a 10 year old forum you have been a member of for less than 10 weeks.
