I did wonder if there isn't someone who can throw a decent mid/Long throw. we looked a bit lost at them with the exception of Gueye turning on one.

People jest with the 'sign Delap', but his throw ins were neigh undefendible. Flat, low, hard and he had a great aim. Pretty much the only reason Stoke were able to stay in the premier league those first couple years.

Remember when we had Bilyaletdinov on long throws for about 2 games? Desperately trying to find any sort of use for him.

We just go down the line and throw at head height which makes it a 50/50 ball, rather than looking for feet and keeping possesion.

Its like sunday league, work the line and move up the pitch that way
