@ToffeeDan who we all know well given he has been a regular on here since 2007 isn't in a good way at the moment. His son shared this on twitter;

I'm sorry to read this. @ToffeeDan I hope your dad can recover and your mum and yourself find the strength needed in this difficult time also.

I have personal experience of my father's heart attack in 2016 (not his first) when I was there with him when it happened. It was a frightening experience going with him in the ambulance to A&E.

I will say that he is still with us and doing fine thanks to the marvels of medical science which are truly fabulous and cardiac care seems to be able to do ever more wonderful things to help people recover now and live good lives.

I sincerely hope that this will be the case for your dad.
