Third Kit

Leicester play in a dark shade of blue so white was appropriate.

Black will be used away to Manchester City, QPR, and WBA I reckon.

White away to Chelski.

Agree with this.

I imagine it's much like the World Cup where teams have to take into account what 'shade' shirts will look on screen for television purposes. It seems to be all about having to have dark v light.

Therefore, since Leicester were wearing a dark shade of blue this would negate our use of our black kit because it would also be dark and that would clash with the directives as set down above.

Why not just pick a second kit that won't clash with all these other kits? We used to be able to manage it.....

Yip.

A blue kit for all away games where there is no colour clash and white for when there is.

Or that amber shirt we used to wear years ago and it was on MOTD last night when they showed the clip of the Ernie Hunt goal.

Beyond ripping fans off, there is no earthly reason a football team needs more than two kits.

Oh....and I think black is an awful colour for a football shirt.

Referee's kit also comes into play in this matter, if the ref is wearing black when we play away to a team in dark blue then the white kit gets worn simple as that

Personally I think the referee should be finding out what colour the two teams are playing in and pick his shirt accordingly.

It is absolutely preposterous that a team has to change colours because their shirt clashes with the ref.

Much simpler for him to change.

When are they selling the shirts with the Europa badges on them?

You can do it now.

Was in the club shop in town at the weekend, and a group of Spanish talking people were confused when the lady was asking if they'd like any badges to go on their shirts, and she offered them Europa League ones.
