Andy is the King

Player Valuation: £8m
Hello All,

I have been bleeding blue for 55yrs. My dad grew up just down the road from Goodison & emigrated to Australia in the mid 1960's. Mum supported the other lot :-(

I have been back to Liverpool on several occasions & always got to as many games as possible. The highlight was 1977 when I was fortunate to meet the players at Bellefield - Latchford, King, Wood, Thomas, etc. I still have a signed program, football & Andy King gave me his training gear.

I guess I joined the forum because suffering alone is always harder. I have loved the club my whole life but I am so worn out. In the mid '80's I thought we were set to rule the world, instead one FA cup & constant mediocrity & relegation worries. It's hard to get your head around. After the debacle of last season here we are again....... One can only hope that a brighter day will dawn.

Proud & bitter.
