I think Mirallas always gives 100% unfortunately it seems to me he is playing only for himself. If we could get someone in of Mirallas' quality but more of a team player I would be more than happy.

Absoloutely gutted that side didnt win the FA cup. I said at the time we would look back and realise how good the team was, same said about the fiorentina game, the hull video shows:

(Howard) Jagielka, lescott, baines, arteta, cahill, fellaini, osman (im sure he had a great season) pienaar mk1, hibbert and neville (they done a job at the time). The things we would do now to have a mid 20's Pienaar, arteta, cahill and lescott !

I agree mate. As limited Cahill was, i think a lot of us underestimated the fight he brought to the team and we miss that now.

arteta was the closest thing to a top class midfielder we have had since kanchelskis (or perhaps graveson) and we miss his creativity no matter where he is on the pitch.

Piennar was obviously decent at one point, as much as i am not a fan of him now its sad to think the same guy who is on the sidelines now days used to be one of our best players.

Couldnt agree more, cahill was next in line after Ferguson to show us that he had the dog of war in him, i loved cahill and was gutted when he left but the time was right. Arteta when he played wide but came inside to link up play was a class act, i feel later on he become annoying in the midfield area, players like Arteta and Silva need the freedom to float about and play instinctively. As for Gravesen ? well i love the mad dog, even carsely was the key cog in the machine for a while.
