Is anyone THAT arsed ...???

THIS from someone who stays awake all night to watch upside-down Cricket , and has now had a Football Season Ticket for over 40 Years ,..

I just can't get EXCITED by it .

Good job too , 'cause it looks like McBradman shoulda done Aussies Win the Ashes / England to get the World Cup / Double ,...

Stitch - Up ,..???

I don't want England to win it, i still want Goodison to be the ONLY ground in Britain to host a world cup semi-final

I'd be devastated if we didn't, mate.

I'm not arsed about England, but I dig international footie, and I always get swept up in the world cup fever -- even without a designated team to support.

I'd love to be able to see international teams, and all the world class players within, playing where I can feasibly see them up close. :)

i hope we dont get it. the redshite play host to the world and we sit in the shadows, its a cert they will get money to do up there ground if we get it, let the ruskies have it, normal fans will not get a look in for tickets so let someone else pay for it

My FUKN Man , BTW !!!

The only interest I have is over the stadium situation. If the WC comes to England then Liverpool are going to have to start setting some plans out. If they want to build a new stadium that'll cost them and if they want help it'll come with strings attached. Maybe the 'legacy' looked for will be to finally crack both clubs' stadium problems. I'm sure LCC would push for that from national government.

Either way we'll know where we stand.

after the england bid was sorted i got the impression we could have built the new bernabeu as our new home yet anfield as it was would get the nod for local games maybe they will push for a joint one.

i'd love it here it would be great but it won't because fifa are bent.

the lord triesman prophecy reaches its conclusion.

Everton didn't put Kirkby forward as a bid stadium.

The moment the English press mentioned the "C" word regarding methods at FIFA, there was absolutely no chance our bid would win.

That, and the bankrolling Russians actually feeding the corruptions makes it a dead cert.

In fact, if I had a spare two or three grand i'd be betting the lot on it ^^

U.S. 2022 would be nice. Would love to go to a game.. . If England do get 2018 I might start saving for a vaca to the U.K. Can't see myself going to Brazil or Russia tbh.
