I knew there was a reason the mayor was so involved in the ground move. It is going to be used for the Commonwealth games aquatic centre.

Have the ground like a submarine and on match day it can rise Through the Mersey like the kraken, on top of the mainstand there is a 100 ft statue of neptune( with Hibbert face on) urinating on the away end.
