I found this totally by accident and it's awesome:

Made me laugh a lot. Any of you guys know him?!

I miss a show like Fantasy Football League. Do you think it would still work now? I think it would.
I also enjoyed how 90's this looked!!

I think it would work. Would be difficult to find replacements for Baddiel & Skinner though. There's a lot of football fans but nothing has replaced it or even attempted to since

hahaha belter clip that

Eddie Cavanagh....legend !!!

(although I'm scouse and couldn't understand most of what he said there)

From 4:21 just kills me.

Love the relaxed atmosphere on Fantasy Football. Always felt like just a couple of blokes chatting about football over a few beers.

They sort of tried to recreate it with that fat tit Corden recently. The results were predictable.

You don't mean James Corden's Crazy World Cup Show do you ?

I gave it 10 minutes once.

I'll never get those 10 minutes back though.

sadly no longer with us passed away a good few years ago ,had the pleasure of going to a couple of away games with eddie in the car. it was such a scream as soon as he got in the tales he could tell ,how i never wet myself iill never know ,what a man he had about 12 kids. just lived life to the full ,shirt and tie everytime i saw him ,they dont make them like eddie anymore whatsrname

smashin fella Eddie was, very funny man, good footballer as well, the rumour was that he was on his way to drop his kecks in front of the royal box when he was tackled, he had said the week before the game that he would do this when Everton scored. If you look at the footage he had pulled off his braces when he was caught.

Eddie must be the most famous Evertonian never to have played for the club(although I believe he was on the books as a kid),always makes me laugh my head off when I see him leaving that copper with his coat!!Great Evertonian and sadly missed.
