It's exactly the same way we look at other teams. West Ham were always admired for being a good old fashioned cockney geezer club, they finish above us and suddenly there's an internet war between our warriors and there's. So in summary, it's better to be hated.

Not always.

The general hatred of Liverpool has increased over this past, barren period.

Manchester United are hated no less now than they were during the Ferguson glory days.

People still revel in the demise of Leeds United even though it is decades since they were worth hating.

And the Barcodes have always been hated despite never being a threat to anyone :blush:

And on the flip side, Leicester became the nation's favourite team because they were doing well

Mata and Witsel on the same day surely would get attention from SSN. I know when we signed Lukaku they didn't stop talking about it.

unfortunately problem is they dont care about us until we make an actual challange and for more than just 1 fluke season! No one gives Leicester a bare mention when talking about man u city or chelsea im afraid in their eyes ur nothing until u have consistently challenged and with our lack of signings we will just be an afterthought im afraid!!
