The Manager - His inability to devise a plan to stop leaving us open to counter attacks by demanding 4 players stay back and his stubbornness to keep certain players on the pitch when their form is totally shot is now at soul destroying levels.
 

Board/chairman. For those saying the keeper is the manager's pick, is the manager then not the board's pick?

I understand dropping a player is far easier and less costly than sacking a manager.

Absolutely no ambition shown from those who run the club is the biggest problem.

Would this not change quite quickly if they saw players giving absolutely 100% for the shirt?

I’m not saying all of them, but there is definitely for me, a few that appear to go through the motions most weeks.

As said on this thread, Besic brought something as it least he showed a bit of passion
