Not a meme or anything but I was with my missus, whose first language isn't English, and we were at a train station waiting for a train and she says "they're changing the lights on the train"..I was like "what?" and she repeated it and I was saying "how do you know? You can't even see the train"....
She pointed up at the board where had our train and it said "light refreshments on the train". Deadly serious of course.
