I was having a discussion about the best British comedy’s of all time today. For me it’s either this or Black Adder. Probably this though. I’ve tried to get my daughter into it but she just doesn’t get it.

You know what, I’ve never watched an episode of Father Ted. I know loads rated it but I never gave it a go. The other two are class though

I did jury service a few years ago at Liverpool Crown Court. I don’t know if anyone has been unlucky enough to be selected but you’re sitting in this massive waiting room with a hindered jurors who don’t know each other with nothing to do Anyway it came alive at 2 o clock when repeats of Only fools’ came on and everyone watched it together laughing along. I’ve always loved that show

I mean, maybe it can be considered by it's stable-mates. Once you catch onto the dynamic and realise it's like a churched up live version of the Simpsons you'll bop the lot in under a week. Pat Mustard - Legend!

Its up there but only because of Leonard Rossiter - the plots weren't very good.
Would also like to put a personal shout for 'one foot on the grave' if we are doing mainstream, largely because of the plots!
