Football rivalry brings out the worst in all of us but following a side can be enriching too. Since one side can win (a competition) this means that a hierarchy exists. Just because City can't get one over us means that some of their fans can't deal with it properly. Personally I could live with 2 wins and a draw in 11 games against a rival if my side had a league title, an FA Cup and CL football as a consolation. So any rational person might agree - for sure we hate the RS for many reasons but we can also put the toxicity to one side over issues such as JF96 and Rhys Jones.

Most of them were sound when I used to live there and I still have a couple of mates who are as level-headed and self-deprecating as they come.
