Player Valuation: Free Transfer
Hey there, im from a Bolton forum named Burnden Aces and we do a feature called The Other Side where we get the view from an opposition fan ahead of the game. Im looking for someone willing to answer 6-7 questions about tomorrow night's game for an article to be put up on tomorrow afternoon. Any volunteers??

Yer just post the questions, and people will respond...easier than PM, Danny (Grandoldteam) does a similar thing.

We prefer doing it the PM way simply cause we like to put the answers into an article rather than just a question and answer type thing. Ive found it easier to put into an article if its just one set of answers rather than lots of different ones, so does anybody want to answer em via pm?

Looking forward to them tasty Lancashire hotpots they have at the Reebok [Poor language removed] lovely them with abit of HP on

Got the answers now, thanks again to Dom1878, the article will be up tomorrow so ill get that to you.

Here's the questions for ya incase your interested:

1. You seemed to have started the season off fairly slowly in comparison to the last couple of years, how it been from your point of view and how do you expect the rest of the season to go?

2. There wasnt alot going on in the transfer window for you until late so how have the signings that were brought in settled?

3. How much unrest do you think Moyes' contract was causing and how relieved were you when he signed a new one?

4. Which players have impressed so far this season and which ones have been disappointing?

5. Which of your players do you expect to have an impact on tomorrow night's game?

6. And which Bolton players do you think may cuase you some trouble?

7. Finally...you match predictions?

Welcome mate.

Impressed? FELLIANI. Disappointing? That would be FELLIANI again.

I have nothing else to do so....

1. We should get better, players are finally settling in and Moyes finally signed. Players that we've depended on like Lescott have looked terrible and Arteta haven't been very effective this year. I've always thought losing Carsley was going to have an impact but I never expect this. Carsley was underrated, granted he couldn't handle the speed of the big 4 but he was ace against everyone else. He's the reason why we would get 3 against the teams below us while other teams (Villa) didn't. I still think we have a big problem at holding mid and I hope we find a cheapo vet to fill in the position as a stopgap in Jan while Castillo? grows into the role.

Our big problem over the summer was that we never had a backup plan. We put all our eggs in the basket for Mutinho and then we he didn't come we were screwed. We could have bought a player like Boateng or Gilberto on the cheap as an insurance policy but we didn't and now our D is still a bit of a mess.

I still think we can finish 7th and have a good cup run now that we wont get beat up and tired in the UEFA cup.

2. Fellani looks like he's going to be pretty good. He brings size into our vertically challenged midfield. However he defo isn't a holding mid (so we still have that problem) and his game is more like Cahill if Cahill was a 9ft tall Belgian with a fro.
Castillo havent seen enough of. Saha has always been pretty good....when healthy.

3. Disapointing: Lescott, Arteta, and Howard (though its not all his fault), Baines's defending
Impressive: Osman, Jags, Fellani over the past couple matches, Baines in attack

4. Jags, Yakubu, Arteta (who seems to play well against Bolton)

5. Davies, Jussi

6. 2-1 Everton however I'm really bad at predictions.
