Had a music teacher at school who had taught my Dad when he went to the same school 25 years earlier!
After “achieving” 4% in a music exam, he yelled at me from about 6 inches in front of my face “The last person who came through this school who was as bad at music as you was your father”!
Needless to say I never took another music exam in my life!

Don't get me started. I had to play the violin in the school Orchestra class and hated it. At the year end final exam the teacher said -"You are the first, and as far as I know, only person, to make the violin sound like the bagpipes!"

They were smashing, especially the bagged ones which were shaped to look like segments of fruit. The orange one was a masterpiece.
They still do 'em but it's a poor imitation.
