The American Office is fantastic.

Aside from the first episode, which was just a really bad version of the first episode of our version.

It's a completely different show, got its own identity, and it's ******* hilarious.

why oh why do they have to remake stuff when they show it in america ?

they've even done it with Kath & Kim now, what next a U.S. version of the Royle Family ?
with an unkempt Martin Sheen playing bone idle Jim President from Idaho or somewhere ?

if the U.S. hadn't taken our language apart (our gift to the world) then they'd be able to understand the shows and wouldn't need to remake them.
