I want a Hollywood named manager.

I don't care if he's any good.

I just want to re-live the beginning of the Moshiri era and make people take some notice.

Then I want a player of James Rodriguez calibre being bought in January, even if he doesn't suit our style of play.

I wanted Moyes but I don't really envisage the new owners looking that way. They might be more likely to go Potter and look to put their own spin on things.

I think Dyche is his own worst enemy with the start we have made and if he had started better I would give him the credit to carry on, but it's been really poor. I also factor in that long unbeaten run last season and how he finished off at Burnley and it does give cause for concern.

Thelwell I would personally keep as I think he has done well in difficult circumstances and could see him working well with the likes of Potter.
