The New Kit

Looking at kits from the 80s and 90s there is a lot of variety and overhauls. Is it coincidence that these decades had trophies and since then it's just been plane and the same and no trophies. Until Martinez first season when we had a complete overhaul crest an all and had our best premiership season.

Then what did we do? Get in a huff and protest to go back to plain Jane and it's been under achieving ever since.

Its interesting that! Superstition like that can help us as much as any of other other proper football and business strategies! I actually liked that crest

Ye and the crest only gets better looking as the nostalgia of that good season kicks in. Superstition and other things that are psychological are very under estimated. Sure you try wear the same exact type of top for years and years it would effect you psychologically you'd be in a rut. Like when you go out and buy a different fresh pair of clothes you then have a pep in your step.

And then ye have the superstition like you said even if it's subconscious of the same old jersey and the same old empty handed seasons. It's kinda like a superstition that is tangible.

It was the badge I tells ya!

I have said a couple of times we should simplify the badge... that lot did it and no one said anything... when we do it 2013, fan outcry and the club bottle it. They pretend to consult us sometimes and am not sure why?
