Okay all questions and worries can be discussed in here
This is by no means a replacement doctor and advice on the main won't come from medical professionals
However undoubtedly people have experiences of all sorts and can recommend what worked for them

I'll start, the backs of my hands are dry and itchy, as are my knuckles and inbetween my fingers
Doc has tried Cetrabin, Hydrocortisone and Fucibet to no avail
Eurax helps with the itch, I've tried all brands of hand SOS creams and dry skin things - any suggestions? Had it for like 6 years!

I had it on my knuckles and between my fingers last winter as well. I didn't do anything but it went away as Spring came along. Now that Winter's coming up, I can see/feel it starting up again. Don't know how to help though. Sorry.

Sunlight, in particular UV is good for eczema. My cousin has it really bad ( to the point where they have to change their sheets 4 or 5 times a week ) and it only gets better when they're on holiday in a warm climate.

If it helps, you can come round to our house on any sunny summers day and strip off in the back garden to get as much sun as possible. I promise to not letch too much

Get spots all the time from stress. Pisses me right off as it really knocks my confidence. On some sort of solution the docs gave me. Works if I'm not working for a day or two, then my skin gets worse as soon as I'm back in work. It's weird.
