If I didn't know what he looked like, or what he was called, I'd think he was a whopper.

You will struggle to plug leaks in a football club, too many moving parts. Happens in every club. I for one like getting information before the club reports it. With Everton you would be waiting weeks for them to officially report it.

It's just Moyes venting because he doesn't have the brass balls to point the finger at the owners and 'exceptional operators' who've failed to sign enough players. He prefers to target an employee way down the pecking order.
