So we should get rid of Arteta aswell then? Jagielka hasn't been brilliant either.

The season is long and lots of things can change, all it takes is an injury to Jagielka and Distin and Heitinga has a chance to regain his place. I wouldn't write him off yet. If his form continues until the end of the season, fair enough, but this is a small blip, he was very good for us last season.

He just doesn't seem as interested, in all honesty. I know you say he's still trying hard, but it's possible to run around a lot without really giving a damn about what you're doing..

If you believe some of the posts on here, Arteta shoud be ****ed off to the first bidder. However, were I'm sure that Arteta's below par performances are just down to a ba spell of form, I'm not at all convinced, the same applies for Heitinga. His body language just doesn't seem to say the right things. That coupled with lcab's comments about him, earlier this week, suggests his heart just isn't in it anymore.

As I said many times during last season though, it was something I expected really. He signed with Everton under the promise of becoming one of the CB's, or at least he was primarily signed for that position.

I really can't stand the fella. He is a real phoney guy, the clenched fists etc are a joke...last season he was tidy at centre back but this season his attitude has been terrible and his performances nothing short of a disgrace. I'd flog him in january for sure, but I seriously doubt there will be a stampede for his services....

I don't want to get rid of him till the summer, we can always get more cash for him then if he plays some more games in the second half of the season, it is possible.

Quite the opposite of Bilayletdinov, who acts like a pro and just gets on with. Knowing that by doing hard work in training and Cahill going in January his chance will surely come.

If we could get £5-6 m. for Heit I would take it.

So if you get rid of him what happens if Distin/Jags gets injured. Our only other capable CB is in Turkey.

Hows Shane Duffy getting on? I think we should keep him untill a replacement is sourced , then kick his backside as far as we can out of the club...But that's only my humble opinion
