Seek.........Help !!
My Chrimbo tree had no red decorations but at its base I put some red crepe paper (which the presents mostly covered on Christmas morning). My wife doesn't have a lot of time for the blue vs red divide but I love her very much so I guess you could say the red crepe paper was a token toward my Chrimbo inclusiveness.

I will now seek help...

I posted that article earlier. It's purpose is to mark Evertonian cards for the summer on spending. That was the intent. Be realistic because of FFP (we can't do a City) and we need to wait to get a stadium earning big cash before the club can compete for big players and start spending on fees and wages.

It's the same message Elstone has delivered for the past decade.

Ahhh, there it is! I knew I was missing something! It was your downward slant on this. Top work again.

Nice to see Koeman buying into this as well. If he can replicate this 2017 form over both halves of next season we'll be mounting a serious challenge for the top 4.
If he can replicate this form for a whole season we'd be challenging for the title.

I'm going to have to disagree mate. And only due to one person.
Ronald Koeman.
No way would he have taken the Managerial position of "Project Everton", and stick around after the first season, if he has been promised a lie.
I believe therefore that the funds are there. Without the sale of Lukaku.
I hadn't seen the recent RK quote when I posted earlier. Reassuring and pretty unequivocal. It surely suggests Mosh has assured him we must have at least £60m net so if we end up with another sell to buy summer it will suggest RK's been misled.
“I spoke... to Farhad... if we decide we need better players - a defender, a midfielder, a striker - we will sign new players… and we are in a situation where we don’t need to sell players to buy players.”

I haven't actually read that quote. Was talking in general. Do you have the link?

...I'm very positive about our direction of travel but ultimately actions speak louder than words. We need to see progress on and off the pitch.
I think this is the stance we should all have.

Let's give them a chance to get it right this summer.

Moshiri clearly has a vision for this club, let's see if he can deliver on it.

Nobody on this forum, Twitter, etc knows better than him as to what we're going to be able to do.

As I mentioned to @davek yesterday, the fact RK had some red Christmas tree decorations is not reason to level accusations of him being a kopite.
I used a combo of silver and blue baubles on my most recent tree but there was red crepe paper at its base...I hardly think that makes me an LFC supporter. Red is quite a Christmassy colour you know.

I think he was having a joke my friend, possible hint of sarcasm in there :dodgy:

In dream land we would get Rooney back to gain some attention to project Everton in England.
Then we need to buy a decent player from abroad ala Robinho to City.

Personally im not sure on who we can get. I have a list of names of players we should be looking at, but a marquee signing that will drop into the Europa league is a tough thing to accomplish. Any ideas on likely signings ? Would Juan Mata of been that type of player ?

Rooney would be the marquee signing I hope. Anyone we get from abroad can't be a big name pro in the twiglight of their career.
