The Ignore Feature

It's ace, it really, really is, but, a friend of mine who's too shy to post, has suggested it could be improved.

When someone you have on ignore is the last person to post on a thread the "last message" column shows "Ignored member" ... "<n> minutes / hours / days ago".

Now, if you only have one person on ignore this is fine, because you know who it is so it's easy to ignore, but if you have more than one on ignore there's a real tempatation to nip into the the thread and click on "show ignored content" to see if your ignore list is still valid.

My friend's trying really hard to resist doing this, but it'd be even better if it just showed the previous person's post name and time of post

Speaking as somebody who has roughly 100 people on ignore, just use self control.

If you have someone on ignore then you don't even see their threads mate ( apparently ).
I sense you may have been telling a little lie.

made me check just who I do have on Ignore, I did and I'm leaving them there...shows I haven't missed much
