You have heard that it was said, 'An eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth.' But I tell you, do not resist an evil person. If someone strikes you on the right cheek, turn to him the other also. And if someone wants to sue you and take your tunic, let him have your cloak as well. If someone forces you to go one mile, go with him two miles. Give to the one who asks you, and do not turn away from the one who wants to borrow from you.

Crap bible basher you lad.

And the really funny thing is is that the word holy does not always have religious meaning.

Hell it especially doesn't in this case because Kendall, Ball and Harvey "inspired awe" among those who watched them to there is no religious meaning in that discription.

I've always called them the Holy Trinity, which effectively most of our support have, so for someone to come on and say it is blasphemous, well bollocks, not all of our support are Christian so why would they care anyway.

It's just a title given to three of the clubs greatest players.

Have you considered working with Ricky Gervais? I mean, such incisive wit is so wasted on here.

Ye i'll give it a go, should be good like...

You ever thought about working with Alan Carr, as he's a bad Gobshite..!!!

Im sure you'll get on really well.

Look this is a footie site, there's other site if you want to spout religious bollocks.

Fair play, this has gone way out of context.

Its the Everton Holy Trinity.

Or the rather good fellows that played for the club during the late 60s/early 70s and there happens to be 3 of them that played side by side in the midfield.

Is that good enough for you?
