Is this hype surrounding this diet legit ? seems almost too good to be true but from all the reviews and reports i've read it seems the real deal.

5 days a week - eat as much as you want
2 days (non-consecutive) - limit yourself to 500 calories a day

seems like the first diet i might actually be able to do due to the fact i neck as much **** as i want five days a week !

Something tells me that 5 6k calorie days with the odd 500 calorie on sprinkled in will result in little more than a huge fat arse who is in a really bad mood two days a week.

Premature home brew, lost a stone the last time i visited a neighbours gaff.

Will forward that fckers address if anyone seriously wants to lose weight, *Complete [Poor language removed].. FFS!!!)

Fancy sending me your bank account details and I will deposit a grand in it. I know it sounds almost too good to be true, but trust me, it's true.

Diets aren't about short-term things, they're about changing the way you approach food/exercise. If you approach it as something you do for a few months then the weight will simply come back on.

If you want something sustainable, keep a diary of what you eat for a few months to give you an idea of what's coming in vs what you're burning off. Use that to get into good habits and Bob's your Uncle.

It's not eat as much as you want on the 5 days, eat as normal ( Not diet portions ) but it apparently works, not just that but also the health benefits as well ( No doubt further investigations into it will occur )

There is a book by a British doctor ( only brought out recently ) can't remember the name though.

The problem is laziness has become intrinsic in everybodies way of thinking. Work hard, eat right and your 'diet' will be fine. Eat right and live a fairly active lifestyle and you'll be fine, you dont even have to be in a gym every day. If you sit at a desk all day, then you may need every other day to do a little something.

The whole get thin quick stuff is one of my pet hates.

Not least because I'm fat.

If in life you've become a Slob,
When Stuffing your face is your full time Job,
One trick you might try,
Is to avoid the word Fry,
And obviously stop putting so much food in your Gob.
