Using someone else's customer number tomorrow.. wont it be addressed to that person or can you just ask them to change it? And I always got the idea that it be paid for using their details.. do I just explain on the phone I'm using someone elses or what?

Sorry.. I'm useless haha.
 

How long will it take for tickets to arrive in the post? If I was to buy one on tues (if there's any left) would they definitely arrive on time. Or would I have to pick it up from Goodison? Cheers!

As the title says, using my mate's customer number later as he's been 4 or more home games and can't go.

Anyway.. wont it be addressed to that person? And payment details etc. do I just explain on the phone I'm using someone else's customer number and ask them to pay with my own card and get it sent to my address?

Sorry.. I'm useless haha.

Any help appreciated.

I think the the tickets are getting printed at wembley and then getting sent up, maybe that's why there was no box office sales. When they do eventually send them its special delivery (£5.60!!!!!!) which means they have to be delivered by 12pm the next day.

i would keep quiet about using your pals customer number but just do it like you normally would, say your bank details as normal and then just simply ask would it possible to get the ticket sent to another address as you wont be back to the one thats on the system before next saturday, if they ask why tell em to mind there own business

You should be alright, I think on the FA's ticket T&C's it says something like - its ok for another person to use the ticket if the person eligible cant make the fixture, as long as you dont pay over face value.

Yeah theres always the chance the person will be a d*ck & say no but i'd just ring up & ask straight away 'Is it ok for me to use my mates customer number as he cant make it & said I can go in his place ....' if they say yes i'd carry on, if they say no i'd put the phone down & ring back up and say I was the mate
