Moshiri is the better option here. Moshiri has been covering our losses, and it’s very doubtful that these will continue to do so. This means losses will be covered by alternative means, such as selling players, like Kenwright did with Arteta, like Johnson did with Ferguson.

Our ability to spend will be even more curtailed than it is right now as we will have to start paying the stadium debt. Our ability to spend will be even further restricted if they are also borrowing money to buy the club, as this would be another debt commitment.

I’m also a little weary about the separation of the stadium and the club. What’s the odds that we become tenants paying a hefty rent?

Bit weird how Forbes and other business reporters dont have any record of this fellas mega dough.

I mean they have all the info on dodgy Russian Oligarchs and secretive Chinese billionaire's wealth yet an American businessman in the main capitalist country in the western world can hide these multi billions from reporters and the IRS?

Come on mate.

Not the first time Kenyon has done it to be fair....

"Kenyon also appeared as an adviser to Kenny Huang, the Chinese businessman who failed in an audacious bid to acquire Liverpool from Tom Hicks and George Gillett in 2010. Huang's Liverpool interest was shrouded in mystery through its opacity on where the £500m funding would arrive from."

Sounds familiar....

Considering there were a number of other interested parties this bid seems to be getting rushed through damn fast.
Complete with a fortuitously prearranged friendly in their home town.
No other party given consideration it seems at this point.
I smell a whole nest of rats.
Very reminiscent of when the last Yanks where pushed to the forefront by the press , all looked done & dusted.
Then boom out of nowhere Moshiri gets leaked out late one night. Shortlty after its all signed & sealed.

Hope the Arab's are just biding their time then blow them out the water.

The losses are his fault!!!!!

The absolute state of the way the club has been run for many years I have learn't that anything is possible. That we found a rich owner who with his execs oversaw half a billion spending only to see us fighting relegation right to the wire is so Everton (post the 80's). Sickening stuff.

That is exactly what I can see happening with this lot.

You never know, they might even run us as a football club

I dunno. The minute I heard that the potential buyers were from one of the touring cities weeks ago, it seemed fairly locked in to me.
Also I wouldn't worry about their wealth, Kenyon wouldn't hitch his horse to time wasters.
As for their politics and how they made that wealth....
Kenyon is a paid consultant.
He will happily hitch his horse to any wagon that passes his street corner for the right price.
His past isn’t without blemished virtue either.
