I guess the scape goat approach back fired.

The sacrificial lamb wasn’t the issue and now we have the incompetent mess of a board, who appoint a DoF and don’t give him the responsibilities of a DoF, looking at what the issues are.

Act now and be decisive

Restore some pride in the club

Appoint a new manager and coaching staff with a clear plan

Allow them to overhaul the club and playing squad

Appoint a technical director who will oversee the academy

Communicate the plan with supporters

Increase standards across the board and make sure everyone understands exactly their responsibilities.
