They were submitted in March.
The club has until, April*? to publish them, in the past it has been as early as November and as late as April, from memory.

If you were after a serious answer, they are responsible for filing statutory documents at Companies House. So they will look after the register of shareholders, liaise with the Club’s lawyers in relation to corporate changes and meetings plus liaising with the Club’s accountants with regard to the accounts. TL: DR - heavy admin

Possibly but I wouldn’t have thought so. In the old days that would be the ‘Club Secretary’ (not company secretary), but now I assume they’d have specialist HR and immigration support for that.
