Booing the opposition national anthem and the Beeb say nothing about it.

The Beeb’s build up yesterday was pure cringe, especially going on about Euro 96 for no reason whatsoever.

The last time Wembley hosted a major tournament game that’s why
Overrated tournament, too many matches went to penalties, five of the first six matches ended in draws, teams being too cautious.

If it was held in mainland Europe, it wouldn’t be talked about today in the way it is.

Of course they are going to talk about it, it was held in this country. A lot of people enjoyed it, you didnt and thats fine. I thought there was some good football during 96. With the format changed for the last couple of tournaments - 3rd place can qualify - teams do not need to be as cautious.

As a very proud Englishman I can not wait to see all the crying faces when King Hendo lifts up the Euros at packed Wembers.
Won’t happen.

Just to set the record straight, I have nothing against the team, just the media, junos and their arrogant supporters. Booing the other teams’s national anthem, singing songs about German bombers and world wars and the Falklands belonging to them while they tell the “Argies” to “f off” in the song. “We voted leave” is another new addition to their hits.

Yet they keep on and on about not wanting politics getting involved in football.
