Sad news for this of us who listened to the B-sides and albums and ignored the Chinnichap rubbish.

Steve Priest The Sweet bassist, good band for what they did at the time, big in the glam rock scene but also laid down some good, heavy tracks.
He and Dave Hill of Slade had somewhat of a competition to upstage each other with their glamorous costumes, good memories for us young teens.
