while I can't disagree with any of the above, there was a good side to him. My daughter, who has tried to commit suicide 3 times is a big fan of his. He messaged her personally pleading with her not to kill herself. She promised him she wouldn't. She has told me that if he hadn't sent that message to her, she would have tried to kill herself again but is keeping her promise to him. She has also shown me lots of posts where he has done the same thing with countless other people.
I'm not suggesting he was a good person, but there was a good side to him.

I’m sorry to hear about your daughter’s struggles mate. Despite my opinions on him, I’m glad he had so much of an influence on people to make a positive difference.

Yes. Sadly as I posted originally, a strange signing in that he was hardly a star in the 1st division to begin with, and a pretty anonymous figure once in a blue shirt.

I remember him playing for Wolves at Fulham back in about 1965. Derek Dougan was the big striker.
