One of the finest cheap TV shows ever made
It was one of those programmes that was so bad it was compulsive viewing.
Like him or loathe him you certainly couldn't ignore Dale at one stage he was never off the box.
He was certainly a grafter and seemed a decent guy another one gone at a reasonably young age.

It got loads of people round by ours into trolley dashing.
The police liked to call it shoplifting, but you ended up with the same stuff.

It may be that I'm half-cut from drinking Guinness and Jameson's in Dublin, but that is a sucker punch. I viewed him as a good guy even though he was a bit hammy. Always hard to take when someone around your parents age (or even younger in this case) suddenly passes away. Just makes you take stock.
RIP Dale, hope your supermarket checkout keeps a bleeping and your hole in the wall keeps on bringing.
