Never been there. Me maa n daa used to go in the 60's to watch the Beatles. About the only thing i envy them for.

Its where The Beatles used to play before they were famous. It got knocked down but I think its now in a building near where it used to be, or rebuilt on the site not sure. Used to get dodgy scousers selling normal bricks to tourists telling them it was a brick from the cavern club. Quality.

We were in The Hard Rock Cafe in Florida years ago, and there was a brick set in the wall with a plaque saying it was from The Cavern Club in Liverpool and my Dad was absolutely certain they were the wrong colour. Quality if true.
