Iv had my laptop for nearly 5 years now and im in desprate need for a new one. Thing is i want the best one possible, money doesnt matter. So what is it..?

I like the look of the Sony vio thingy. I want warts and all stuff......

I've always liked Sony Vaio mate. Good laptops them.

What will you be using it for? If it's for gaming then it will cost a lot more than if you're just like, watching films and browsing net and stuff. No need to waste lots of money on a laptop if it's just for net and films =]

You know me and computers , kid , but for what it's worth , I've got an Acer 7730 . Now , I couldn't tell you if they are good / bad or indifferent . Works O.K. for me , though . Plus , I sent McB some photies , and he's in Australia for fuk's sake !!! It must be O.K.
Reckon the Sony one's better , but about 4 ton dearer , though , lad .

I have a Novatech laptop which is based on Clevo models.

Novatech Gaming Laptops

Very expensive but incredible laptops, won't find much cheaper with the same spec. Maybe look at the lower price range, maybe with a weaker dedicated graphics card.

Novatech are incredible when it comes to support and price and whatnot. I've bought 2 from them in the past and have had no problems with either. When I spilt beer on mine, I sent it back and they fixed it at minimal charge, would be free with the correct cover I suspect =]

That's all I can offer really, Novatech. I stay away from proper branded ones like Toshiba and the like cos you can get much better spec for the same price, or even cheaper sometimes. But if you want gadgets just check some laptop reviewing websites and read some reviews =]
