The best and worst...

Best gig for me was Kiss many years ago. thought they were fantastic and made me a fan, similarly The beautiful south like 15 years ago did that for me, another great live band.

the worst, in hindsight now Lost Prophets, went all the way to Blackpool to see them, now wish i hadn't bothered.

Atari Teenage Riot at the Night & Day cafe in Manchester was life changing. Bowie at Glastonbury ran it close though.

Worst was probably the White Stripes. We got bored after a few songs and wandered off to get drunk.

Best Radiohead at the Gorge Amphitheater. Perfect combination of music and venue.

Worst Badly Drawn Boy at the Showbox. A very angry and belligerent man. Pulled himself together to actually perform the songs well, but between them is was a very uncomfortable.

Seeing The Rolling Stones at Glastonbury was pretty amazing.

Saw Space at the o2 Academy a few years back, awful

Worst.... for me was a very disappointing Bowie at the Wembley arena in 1976. Right at the back and the sound was terribe.
Best..... surprisingly, was the Cocteau Twins at T in the Park 1996.

Radiohead and Beastie Boys were both great shows. Radiohead better music, but Beasties had a fabulous set and show production.

Worst was probably Nelson. I was 13, I didn't know better.

Best would be U2 at the millennium stadium or Lenny Kravitz at Glastonbury when I blagged a place in front of the stage where the security guards are, standing next to Michael Eavis.

Worst has to be Madonna, talk about up her own ar....

Worst; Pink Floyd at the Stadium around 69-70. We all went for a Rock Concert (at my Instigation tbh, as I wanted to see The Floyd...the See Emily Play Floyd.)
They were on with others, not on their own or headlining, seems, with hindsight, they were trying out the 'New' post Barrett - pre Atom Heart Mother stuff...all too new for us.
They did 2 and a bit songs...'long' songs for the time not your 3m 20secs pop stuff...Then stopped...somebody? Waters? said, it's not working is it.
Unplugged from his amp and lead them all off.
