The Bends.

OK Computer was excellent at pushing their ideas and sounds fantastic but the mix and sound on the bends album where all 3 guitars are playing some absolutely suoerb stuff makes it a magical album still. OK is a more mature album but the Bends for me has a massive set of balls and really confirmed what a great band they were.
 

Fans of In Rainbows could do worse than to check out Levitation's "Meanwhile Gardens". It's not on youtube, but there's an EP of stuff recorded around the same time here

Hail gets better with age, it's just a bit overlong. I'd go:

1. Amnesiac

3. Kid A
