Tevez to the devils?

I think this is a case of buying him so he can't play for anyone else to be honest, expect him not to play much and leave for Lazio in 2 years time.

West Ham would be completely insane to sell the player that saved them from relegation... they have sold reo coker too.

When will west ham realise that selling their best players isn't a good thing to do?

Modern history west ham XI anyone? lampard, cole, tevez, reo coker, ferdidnand...

He is there on a quasi-loan arrangement. The same illegal one that got the Hammers their heft fine.

To be fair Rob- Lampard and Cole went after being relegated and Ferdinand was an offer they simply couldnt refuse. reo Coker was disillisioned and handed in a transfer request.

True, True.

I guess my point then is that what they need to work on is keeping their best players and getting the most out of them while they are there.

Wasn't it the selling of ferdidnand that signalled their doom?

for mick -

"there is so much [Poor language removed] flying around, not just with WHU & sheff utd but what about the good ship leeds sinking fast?!

utd must be mad to touch tevez or his agent no matter how good he may be.

If sheff utd are re-instated does that make jags' move to us illegal?"

We(luckily) do not have anything to do with Tevez and actually nor do Sheffield United so it is a completely seperate issue.

not if sheff utd are re-instated meaning they never got relegated and therefore meaning that his contract clause won't have been triggered.

Although it was triggered so I'm not sure it can be gone back on.

sheff utd are not trying to get reinstated any more they are after companstion now so it dont effect the jags tranfer at all.
